Class and Intensity
My Story
My name is Tori Kirberger, and I am a junior golfer at Jenks High School in Jenks, Oklahoma. I am set to graduate in May 2026. I began playing tennis in 7th grade and decided to pursue both golf and tennis in my 8th-grade year. However, by 9th grade, I realized that my true passion lies in golf, and I have focused solely on it. I have greatly enjoyed playing golf and have made many friends along the way. I learned that it is not only about the practice that I do when everyone is watching it is the extra time and dedication that I put forth when nobody is watching.
When I'm not participating in golf tournaments through the school, I engage in competitive play through OJGT and the South-Central PGA Players Tour. My competitive journey began with US Kids, where I learned much about the game and course management. Since then, I have moved on to longer distances and two-day events, continuously honing my skills as a golfer.
I am a member of the Jenks Chapter of the National Charity League. I attend Life Church in Jenks, Oklahoma. I have been attending Young Life and recently decided to be a leader in my junior year. I have enjoyed the experiences I have learned through Young Life and volunteering in my community.
My most recent accomplishments include being named the 2024 South Central PGA Girls High School Player of the Year and winning the Championship at the South-Central PGA Players Tour at Willowbend GC in Wichita Falls, KS, on 06/10/24 and 06/11/24, as well as at The Trails in Norman, Oklahoma, on 07/29/24 and 07/30/24.
Following high school, I plan to attend college and continue playing golf. I am considering various colleges both within and outside of Oklahoma. As for my major, I am leaning towards pursuing a degree in Marketing.
